Warranty, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
Standard One Year Warranty

RNK Products Inc. warrants its’ stethoscope products against defects in materials and workmanship for its warranty period. If a defect is discovered, MobilDrTech will arrange for RNK Products, at its option, to repair or replace the product at no charge provided it is returned during the warranty period, with shipping charges to MobilDrTech prepaid. Generally, defective products will be replaced with a new unit of the same product.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or misapplication, or if the product has been modified.

RNK PRODUCTS AND MOBILDRTECH ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME AND GOODWILL.

How To Return An Item
For an item with a manufacturing defect:

1. Please email support@mobildrtech.com to request a replacement product and, once approved, we will assign you a RMA #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return with a copy of your paid invoice. Please print RMA # on the outside of the package.

4. When we receive your return package, we will ship out a replacement.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been opened and/or used will not be accepted for return or exchange unless it meets warranty requirements above.

Restocking Fee
MobilDrTech does not charge a restocking fee for authorized returns. All items returned for manufacturer’s defect will be replaced with new equipment. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. MobilDrTech will absorb shipping costs for sending the replacement unit.

Exchanges
In certain instances, with approval from MobilDrTech, exchanges will be made for unopened product where the wrong model was shipped due to mistake on the part of the purchaser or MobilDrTech. In such an instance, the purchaser will be charged or refunded the difference between the delivered product and the different product model being shipped. 

Software License Exchanges: In some instances, customers who have purchased sSOIP Auscultation Anywhere software may decide to use the newer, simplified PCP-SSP software developed by RNK Products for the PCP-USB Telemedicine Stethoscope. These customers will be allowed to exchange sSOIP patient site licenses for PCP-SSP licenses in an even exchange. Please contact MobilDrTech (support@mobildrtech.com or 281-340-2013) for details.
